その儚く美しい姿を、「いつまでも解けない雪」として残したくて、レース編みで小さなアクセサリーに仕立てました。
本物の雪は手のひらに乗せれば、体温で少しずつ解けてしまいます。
けれど糸で編んだ雪なら、冬が終わってもその姿を残すことができます。
黒の中に浮かぶ白い雪は、静かな冬の夜に舞い降りる雪のよう。
白と黒のコントラストによって、繊細な編み目がより美しく見えるように仕上げています。
細い糸から生まれる一つひとつの編み目には、手編みならではの表情があります。

I wanted to preserve their fleeting beauty as “snow that never melts,” so I transformed them into a small lace crochet hair accessory.
